Empire scientists have discovered that the Moon is riven by deep cracks, there has been conjecture by several astrophysicists whether the recent Conjunction has been the cause of the new cracks.  Information has leaked out that the cracks are on-going and getting bigger, which could mean significant planet wide disaster should the Moon break up.  If they truly are on-going does this lend credence to the theory that the Conjunction is still happening. 

I noticed that Wallace’s last post has indeed changed, right at the bottom of the post:

Originally it said: …lost without Louise.

Now it says: …lost without Carrie I mean Louise.

Russian Intelligence in '68

An old source of mine saw my post regarding Sister Mary Jones, this source has access to old Russia intelligence files.  Looks like they were very interested in the murders of 1968 as well, my source translated it into English for me.  It definitely portrays the Empire in a different light:

"In the year of our Lord 1968 9th October, they say two more are dead. Ripped to shreds. I don’t know what to do anymore.  Nobody wants to go out, we are all scared to leave Thrawl Street.  Nobody wants to be next, the peelers are next to useless, the only good thing is that there seems to be less of the Palers about now since the murders.  Although Thrawl isn’t a good place for getting noticed unless you get a young peeler, the young’uns are always nicer than the older.  Course you still get some of the nasty ones too, not willing to pay, most of them now are just scared like the rest of us they don’t want to be for the drop.

We've seen new peelers on the street recently, new uniforms not like the old ones.  They look clean but they only seem to be watching.  I saw a Paler talking to one of the girls on the street it turned into a sudden scuffle and the these new peelers did nothing to stop it.  They don't act like policemen at all."
